3 Little Miracles Midsummer Ball

June 2008

On Saturday 21st June 2008, Anna and Andy hosted a spectacular midsummer ball for 500 people in the wonderful surroundings of the Hurlingham Club, Fulham, London.

The event was hugely supported by the retail property industry, as well as many family members and great friends. Special guests for the evening were a table of nurses from the Neonatal Unit at the Chelsea & Westminster hospital as well as Gary Hartnoll, head of the Unit.

The evening started with a fantastic champagne reception in the grounds of the Hurlingham Club, followed by a wonderful gala evening hosted by BBC sports presenter John Inverdale. The Charity’s patron, former England and British Lions rugby star, Tim Rodber hosted the auction which alone raised in excess of £70,000. England Rugby World Cup winner Mike Catt was a guest of honour and took part in a lively and humorous Q & A with John Inverdale on stage.

After the dinner and official fundraising had finished, all the guests drank, danced and partied to a live band and DJ until 2am.

On the night alone a total of £115,000 was raised.

Thank you all so much for your support of this fantastic evening.
